It was a greatÂ event with sales directors, sales professionals andÂ business development managers from many of Irelandâ€™sÂ leading businesses.

Junior Schools Entrepreneur Programme, Cork, January, 2014
In January, Sean addressed some of the 28 schools and 743 pupils who participated in thisÂ Yearâ€™s Junior Entrepreneur Programme in Cork. Â This is a not for profit initiativeÂ developed by Kerry Entrepreneur Jerry Kennelly and supported by MaryÂ Immaculate College, Limerick. Â The programme introduces primary schoolÂ pupils to entrepreneurship at a young age. This yearâ€™s programme in CorkÂ was sponsored by Jim Barry, MD of the Barry Group and coordinatedÂ by Niamh Barry. Some of the schools included Scoil Chill RuaghĂˇin,Â Glanmire , John the Baptist, Midleton, and St. Maryâ€™s National School,Â Cobh.

Official Launch of Next Step Network, Galway, January 31st, 2014
On 31st January, Sean joined Senator Lorraine Higgins and Michelle Frawley to launch theÂ Next Step Network, an innovative support network for small businessÂ owners who are looking to grow and develop their businesses to theÂ next step. There was plenty of energy at this event and many positive and inspiringÂ stories from new and existing businesses.

Sean was delighted to have been part of the Dragon Den and Investor Panels atÂ this yearâ€™s ITLG event in University of Limerick and Limerick InstituteÂ of Technology. Â Sean worked with John Hartnett of ITLG and SV PartnersÂ in California and Cian Hughes in Dublin, to select exciting companiesÂ to pitch to investors and VCâ€™s in Silicon Valley later this year.

Sean Chaired the inaugural National Manufactures Conference & Exhibition in the Aviva Stadium on November 21st.
